Product Description
In this four-hour course you will learn the essentials of light discipline and practice different methods and techniques to utilize light to your benefit for defensive purpose.
“Light Discipline” is the ensemble of the basic rules one must follow in order to: 1) Not to be betrayed by light; 2) Read light properly; and 3) Exploit light to one’s benefits.
The time of class start is calibrated to sunset time in order to provide one hour of daylight and three hours of darkness.
The daylight hour is used for learning and practicing different light holding methods.
At dusk there will be a one hour class/practice of light discipline and light reading in which all students will experience all aspects of what was presented.
At complete darkness there will be two hours of night shooting organized in the following manner: one hour of basic practices and one hours of studying how to go through a house using light.
Equipment Required:
- Eyes protections.
- Tactical light (ether combat or patrol light)
- Energy drinks and outdoor gear (insect repellent, etc.)
NOTE: Guns and ammunition are provided
Event is limited to 4 shooters and last shot fired is generally 11:00pm depending on the season.
Students must possess basic mastering of pistol shooting: be safe with a firearm, accurate enough to make a 12" group a 5 yards.
