This program includes all the material (in an online study format) you need to become a Certified Dining Room Apprentice (APP)™. The account remains active for Three Months, allowing plenty of time for you to achieve the 80% success rate. Kit does not include the Apprentice Workbook, the definitive book on service standards for the Dining Room Apprentice. This product is restricted to students/trainees participating in a culinary course or working in an establishment affiliated with FDRP, and which faculty/trainer/hospitality manager proctors the examination and skills verification process. If you purchase this product without meeting the conditions listed above you will not be certified even if you complete the online course(s) and examination(s). NOTE: Your account, once activated, has a lifespan of three months from the day it was activated. You have three months to complete the program and achieve certification, after which the account will be shutdown. However, there are no expiration to certification once you earn it.
