Certified Dining Room Master (DRM) Online Study & Certification

This distinctive credential is awarded to those who have acquired the expertise to successfully navigate the many complex issues surrounding dining room hospitality. Purchase of a DRM™ level automatically includes the ability to progress from any prior certification level without the additional cost of purchasing each prior program. Complete the requirements for each designation at your own pace for an entire year!  Account remains active with full access for your use for the 12 months following your purchase. Prerequisites include a minimum of 5 years FOH experience (2 years managing the same establishment) or 10 years of active hospitality (may include back-of-the-house positions) with a minimum of two years on the floor and/or direct contact with the clientele. Included are: a downloadable copy of the Service Practical DVD (if not already completed), case study review by a judge panel, application forms, and one HGM™ Test Access Code are provided the applicant.
