Certified Hospitality Grand Master (HGM)

Expanding on the knowledge gleaned from each program achievements, these Masters of Masters are elevated by their extensive experience and accomplishments.Purchase of a Grand Master (HGM)™ level automatically includes the ability to progress from any prior certification level without the additional cost of purchasing each prior program. Complete the requirements for each designation at your own pace. Requiring a minimum of 15 years of active FOH experience or 20 years of active hospitality (requisite experience variety), the HGM™ test is for those individuals who desire to reach the pinnacle of success and command the ultimate level of recognition and respect in the hospitality industry. A copy of FDRP's Professional Service Guide, review of the Service Practical DVD (if not already completed), an oral case study review by a judge panel, the application forms, and one HGM™ Test Access Code are provided the applicant.
