Enjoyed this class and the way it was taught.

Posted by Francis Doolan Retired City of Tallahassee Police Officer on Sep 10th 2014

I was happy to find that this was not a rubber stamp course and that the Instructor (Bernard) takes his role as an Instructor trainer very seriously. We put in some long hours but I felt that the experience and information as it was presented was worth every minute and every penny. In my 30 years of Law Enforcement I have had few courses this challenging and. this much fun

Lots of information and instruction. A very thorough and involved course that covers everything from how to instruct in a classroom setting to managing a new shooter at the range. Packed with useful and relevant information.

    Pistol Instructor Course

This is a great course!!! I highly recommend this course to both military, law enforcement and civilian alike. I looked around the internet and found this to be the best value, and was very pleased with a superior level of instruction. The staff is professional and readily makes themselves available to assist you, before, during and after the class. I will most definitely take another class from these gentlemen.

    NRA Pistol Instructor Course

Posted by George Walker on Mar 13th 2014

I didn't know what to expect going into the course, but I was very pleased by the end of the first day. It was incredibly informative, insightful, and challenged every student, regardless of experience level. As a former Army Infantry NCO, I've instructed hundreds of soldiers on tactics, shooting basics, and some of the more advanced shooting aspects such as ballistics and everything from CQB to long range shooting, so I was pretty confident that it would be a breeze. While I didn't struggle, Bernard challenged myself as well as a couple of the more experienced shooters there, and got me personally to think outside the box, and taught me some new ways to demonstrate and teach. I would definitely recommend this course or others provided by Bernard, but for those thinking it's going to be tons of shooting, expect lots of class time, and actually lots of fun, especially if you end up in a very dynamic and diverse class like I did.

I have gone through countless training in both the military and corporate sectors in the past 20 years and by far, Bernard is rated as one of the finest and professional instructors out there. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to increase their effectiveness as mentor or professional trainer. I look forward to working with Bernard and his team in future courses. Bravo Zulu!

be sure you get a good nights sleep the night before because the info will be coming at you at a good pace. This is not a course for a novice. I enjoyed the closeness of the group within my training class and it taught leadership and cooperation. I am looking forward to using my skills learned. You will not be disappointed.

    Outstanding Instructional Quality and Value

    Posted by Henry C. on Nov 16th 2012 on Nov 8th 2013

I am a professional law enforcement trainer and have participated in a wide variety of instructor training. By far the quality of training delivered in the course was above and beyond a vast majority of the more expensive programs I have participated in. The teaching tools I left with will not doubt enable me to provide quality instruction to my future students and will help further the positive image of the responsible gun owner/user in my community. I look forward to training with this outfit in the future and strongly recommend them to anyone interested taking a train-the-trainer course.

Superb education and training experiences are the standards at DrOpZOne

As a Master Instructor and as the company Instructor Development Coordinator, I encouraged our entire instructor cadre to attend this course as taught by Bernard Martinage. My senior and emerging instructors received more than NRA courseware indoctrination—Bernard’s skill as a professional educator significantly increased retention of NRA subject matter and improved instructor efficacy among my team of instructors. Excellent Training Brings New Opportunities

Posted by Joyce Jolley on Nov 27th 2012 on Nov 8th 2013

As a lifelong educator and someone passionate about shooting, becoming an instructor seemed like a natural progression. Not only did this class improve my skills with firearms, it strengthened my confidence both as a shooter and a teacher. When I doubted myself, Bernard and David did not and set the bar high with expectations for me to achieve. Since this class, I have continued seeking new opportunities and have become certified as a Range Safety Officer, Personal Protection in the Home, and Refuse to Be a Victim. I am doing private lessons of all the above as well as Conceal Carry Classes and have been the trainer at 2 different gun shops in the area. This class opened new horizons and gave me new opportunities to share my excitement and passion for firearms. I highly recommend it and cannot wait to take more classes!!
