Certification Confirmation Kit (PRINTED)

The Certification Confirmation kit includes: Two FDRP certificates with gold leaf outline and gold leaf FDRP seal bearing your name and achieved certification level. One FDRP lapel pins corresponding to the highest level of certification you have achieved (please specify your level and when you completed certification in the "Order Comment/Instruction" box at checkout. Both items will be mailed to you directly after verification that you are recorded in the FDRP database. For ISG Cross-Certification, please provide us with a copy (fax copy is accepted) of your ISG certification. Your name will be printed as per the information we have in our database.
