Chapter by chapter, dozens of full color pictures illustrate the step=by-step techniques and send you back and forth to the DVD to view the corresponding demonstration and practice exercises.

The 1-Hour DVD contains all the required techniques presented is full-speed, slow motion, from different angles and multiple repetition designed for you to follow and practice, just as you would with a workout video.
